    Please allow 2-3 days for your payment to process once your payment has been cleared we will process and start your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email we are not responsible for lost packages and weekends does not count as business days please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive thank you for your continued support!
  • Return Policy
    Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. You may be eligible for a refund if your product arrives damaged or broken please feel free to contact us via chat or by email
  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations ARE accepted with no penalties prior to the 24 hour window before your reservation time and are released back to you for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window of notice result in a cancellation of your deposit only. If you are late (no later than 15 minutes past appointment time) the time remaining on your booked service(s) will remain and we will not extend your service time for your tardiness. Late shows to a reservation more than 15 minutes past your reservation time will result in a loss of your deposit and your reservation will be cancelled. Late shows to reservations without a phone call ahead of the reservation time will result in a no call, no show. If you decide not to call or show up for your appointment prior to the 15 minute grace period, you will forfeit your deposit and YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONLY STORE CREDITS ARE AWARDED IF THE SITUATION PRESENTS ITSELF.
